FKC-ALI Campus Help

Return to campus

Sign in and account setup

Students, staff and parents use email and a password. Use the email approved for your campus record. A one-time email confirmation may be needed during account setup; routine sign-in does not require a six-digit email code. Use Forgot password if needed. Do not share passwords or verification links.

Registration and tuition

Transfer to the institute's bank account supplied by the Registrar. The Registrar checks the transfer and issues a private registration invitation. Keep your student details, billing month and bank reference ready.

Monthly tuition is ₦15,000. Advance reminders start on the 20th for the next month. The invoice is issued on the 1st; unpaid academic access is restricted from the 5th. Payment must be confirmed by the Registrar. You can still sign in and view your debt. Tutorials and tuition start in October 2026; confirmed pre-October initial tuition covers October.

Subjects and attendance

The Registrar approves programme-specific subjects. UTME has four; the FKC-ALI WAEC/NECO tutorial combination has five. A dual-programme student keeps separate combinations under one account. Class attendance follows department and approved subject, not Learning Circle. Enter the current class code supplied by your tutor.

CBT examinations

Use a stable connection and start early enough for the entire exam duration. Answers are saved during the attempt; watch for save errors. Refreshing must not reset the timer. Leaving the exam page can trigger a warning; a second recorded leave submits the attempt. Corrections appear only when released by the examination office.

First-semester examinations: 14–18 December 2026. Second semester: 5–10 April 2027. April CBT uses 180 questions in two hours: English 60 and three approved subjects 40 each. Follow the published timetable for exact Lagos-time opening and closing times.

Theory questions and answers

WAEC/NECO students view theory papers during their scheduled window. Type your answer or upload a genuine PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP file (up to 10 MB). Finish the upload before closing time. The portal displays supported answers directly; you do not need to open a separate Drive page. After marking, view your score and feedback.

Tutors can import tab-separated question/marks columns, attach question images up to 2 MB and publish selected bank questions for their assigned subjects. Importing alone does not publish a paper.

Parents and staff

Parents sign in using the guardian email on the student's registration record and can see only linked children. Choose a child before checking tuition, attendance or results. Ask the Registrar to correct an association; never use another person's account.

Staff access is restricted by role, department and assigned teaching subjects. Contact ICT if your authorised tools are missing.

Installation and support

The current private Apps Script sandbox is a testing environment, not the final installable app. Use the approved campus web address. Do not install unverified APKs. Contact the Registrar for payment or student-record questions, your tutor for academic questions, and ICT for technical faults. Include the time, page name and error message; remove passwords and sensitive information from screenshots.
